I waited one month and drove two hours to see Dr. Salzman for a sleep disorder and he changed my appointment less than one hour before I was to see him for a nurse in training that had no experience or training on sleep disorders.!His attitude was diminishing the rest of the time I was there.This Dr. needs to retire, he is burn out.

Many inappropriate jokes.When I told him I read MRI results: 'Then what do you need me for?'Refused to answer a question. Said: 'let me be the doctor.'Gave me a diagnosis and refused to explain it.

If you are looking for a doctor who listens to his patients, conducts a thorough exam, has empathy and is responsive to concerns and issues involving his treatment recommendations- DO NOT see Dr. Salzman. He was arrogant condescending, insensitive and NOT the type of doctor you would want treating your loved ones or family member. For a healthcare system (Cleveland Clinic Florida) who's motto is patient's first, his care/mentality is not at all reflective of that mission.

I was very dissatisfied after having thought I found a NDPH specialist. If you’re not wanting to get BX he has nothing else to offer you. there’s so many new treatments out there and medication I wanted to discuss after 16 years of suffering. I fought hard not to be depressed after my appointment with him.

Super disrespectful and insensitive. I have NEVER had a Dr literally scream at me over the phone while he was attending my mother at the hospital.

I could honestly say that he saved my life. I had killing migraines and used to pass out from those. He was so dedicated that found proper treatment for my condition and I never again had those type of migraines. I appreciate him so very much and feel blessed by his wisdom and care. God bless him!

Doctor Salzman is an excellent physician. He is courteous, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time in forming his diagnosis, and does not talk over your head when he explains it. I rarely have found this combination in the many doctors I have met. He truly cares, what's that worth?

Excelente doctor. Muy profesional, cuando estas en la cita con el puedes darte cuenta de lo mucho que le importan sus pacientes. Se toma el tiempo en explicarte todo lo que va a ordenar.

He didn't tell me that my disc bulge wasn't from my car accident, since he couldn't answer my question he send me to an orthopedic.

I am shocked at the high ratings for Dr. Salzman. In my visits with him I find him to be lackadaisical, unprofessional, uncaring, and seemingly uninterested. Plus, he is unkempt (always looks disheveled) and on one visit yawned (big yawns) numerous times without covering his mouth or excusing himself! Furthermore, he let the patient choose the treatment course which was sometimes "nothing" rather than Dr. S. urging him to take a certain path or direction. I would never recommend D. Salzman.
