Never follows up or returns call
The whole team, (doctor & physician assistants) she works with that are assigned to the nursing homes or physical rehabs leave MUCH to be desired. Promises never kept. Calls never returned. Follow-up never done. They just nod their heads in agreement like they are going to do something and keep on going, never doing anything to help, even for weeks! Terrible care. Worthless. This review is based on treatment in four different nursing facilities over the last four years with this doctor and her team.

Very, Very hard to get a hold of. Mom diagnosed pancreatic cancer at St Vincents, she become her hospice dr. Transfer Mom to nursing home and signed up with Heartland Hospice but she remained Moms Dr even though she wasn't one of Heartlands Dr. The nursing home and the hospice team (minus Dr Elramady) kept me up to date on everything. Didn't met Dr until night before Mom passed being we couldn't ever get a hold of her. Didn't sign death certificate and for the next week we tried to get ahold of her to sign it. NO response from her. Finally Heartland hospice had one of their Drs sign off on it. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DR or recommend her to ANYONE.
