Dr Chen always does a good job explaining and listening.

Dr.Chen was simply the best Doctor I have had in over 20 years, this being my first visit, he listened to everything I had to say and, took the time to know and understand my medical history. We need more Doctors like this, that care and listen and get to know there patients medical history.

Dr. Chen is truly an exceptional provider-easily the best I've ever encountered. He took the time to explain every aspect of my condition in detail, including the differences between medications and why one was recommended over another. He even made sure I fully understood what my diagnosis meant and how he planned to help me. I was so impressed, I nearly cried. Dr. Chen created a comfortable and safe space where I felt free to ask questions, and he patiently addressed everything with care. I wish every provider could be as thorough and compassionate as he is.

I could start off with I've been in the same doctor office for 22 years. And I have been through 3 different doctors. I really don't like to write an unhonest review But I could say he does know what hes doing.. On the other end my last visit I caught a flight from Las Vegas to get to town on time for the appointment and they had no idea that I even had an appointment. At that point I was not angry I simply asked if they might be able to get me in sometimes that day I could wait or within the next few days before I had to depart back to Las Vegas I stay South when it gets cold my body feels better. Just seems like they couldn't get me in any time in months no one helped me that day and on a few occasions it has taken weeks to get my insulin. Pretty simple guy and I don't pick on people for stuff that they can't Do anything about but I am pretty disgusted with a way That I have been treated. And that I wasted $600 on a plane ticket to get there and back for nothing

Yes! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Spends quality time giving guidance and inquiries about any health issues. I appreciate his professional and direct advice. He takes great care of my husband.
