Very satisfied
My husband and I both see Dr. Swims. He and his staff are always very knowledgeable and professional. He has been extremely helpful in many situations. He has helped us for most things right in the office, but also recommends specialists when appropriate. We love Dr. Swims.

Dr. Dale Swim's follow-up with test results is abhorrent. I had some tests done that he ordered and after 3 weeks and multiple messages left, he has NOT responded. He is not very detailed which is alarming as a doctor. Save yourself some aggravation and go to a more professional Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Dale Swims is an incredibly unprofessional and negligent doctor. His inability take proper notes, to consult past medical records, to listen to my serious documented health concerns, resulted in my misdiagnosis and mistreatment. I now am under the proper care of a new PCP at a different hospital and unfortunately have had to file an official complaint against Dr. Dale Swims with the Illinois Department of Health and Department of Professional Regulation. I could not in good faith recommend Dr. Swim's care to friends or family.

I had an amazing experience with the doctor. He has vast knowledge and good understanding of my problem and made sure I feel relieved about my health condition. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dale Swims to anybody.

The staff here is beyond unhelpful, they are rude and hostile. I recently moved to a new city, and could not immediately get an appointment to establish a primary care doctor. In the meantime, my prescription (which had auto-refills established with CVS) ran out, and Dr. Swims' office refused to refill it unless I returned for an in person consultation. I explained that I had moved, was no longer in the city or available for an appointment, and that I was waiting for the first available appo
