Dr. Dale Shahan, DDS

I love this place and ive been going here since I was 20 and I need to see him again but his number keeps saying it’s no longer in service I hope that it’s been changed and he didn’t retire bc I only trust him I love this Dr I trust him with my life and the other staff are so sweet and amazing I love this place -Sheena Hancock-

Had to get seven teeth removed. Dr Shahan did an excellent job of explaining how the surgery was going to go and removal of the teeth. The other employees there were fairly nice and good at explaining the after surgery recovery process. All in all, 5 stars from me.

Dr. Shahan and his staff were absolutely amazing. I called last week and got my daughter in today to have a wisdom tooth removed that has been hurting her. They made her feel so comfortable and calmed her nerves. They explained everything from start to finish. I truly appreciate all of them.

Read the reviews. This is an awful office with the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. Tried to make an appointment for my son on the referral of his dentist, and soon as the receptionist discovered he was a double amputee, she acted as though I were trying to schedule a leper. Her cold, rude words: “This won’t work for us;” “You will have to go somewhere else”; “I can’t help you;” “There’s nothing I can do.” There are plenty of dentists who are capable and a bit more compassionate.

Had a great experience today. My first time at this office. The staff was super friendly and helpful and Dr Shahan was just as great. He was cracking jokes to put me at ease and made sure to explain every step along the way. I would definitely go back if needed.

I've always been scared of the dentist. I had a procedure done while I was awake. Dr Shahaan made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. The staff also made me feel very comfortable. I have been to this office twice and if I need an oral surgeon again, this will be the place I go. Thank you Dr Shahaan and staff.

Had an appt at 9:45, didn't get in until 11:15, took my blood pressure, didn't have batteries for the cuff, then finally get blood pressure taken and the assistant not the Dr tells me Dr is uncomfortable with my no and can't pull my tooth!

I have now been to this office twice for my teens. Once we did have the procedure done, the second time we did not. This office should be put outta business. They are the most rude receptionist and dental staff I have ever encountered. Whether on the phone or in person. Run the other direction. I will not be back for the procedure after them canceling on us for the second time. How can a person let their business be run so unprofessionally!? Horrible.

Horrible experience at this office. Wish we had read the reviews before we went. Staff was terrible. After reading the reviews from several sites it seems that many had the same type of experience we did.

After my initial appointment they kept billing me and when I called my insurance they said Dr. Shahan had never billed them. Then after I had payed for the initial visit, they still billed my insurance for it and I had to go in and ask for a reimbursement. Before I said a word about my insurance, they already knew what I was there for and said I would get a check 'in a couple weeks.' I think they double bill and then wait until the patient complains. Very shady business practices.

Took out 4 wisdom teeth without issues, I suspect others can do the same job just as well. The office staff is rude, they were billing my health insurance, instead of dental, and then I got a nasty letter to pay them AFTER I found and fixed their mistake! I would look elsewhere, they're not worth the hassle.
