Sitting in their wait room for a solid fifty plus minutes with a recommendation for something that was pulled from the shelves a few years later, kind of annoying looking back . Atleast no long lasting side affects. Friendly staff is a plus

I'm honestly just annoyed because I can't reach them to make appts and get issues with prescriptions that they submitted incorrectly sorted out. But now it's several months and I can't resolve a billing issue. I'm likely going to let it go to collections and just deal with their collection people. Maybe they'll respond.

I’m very lucky to have Dr. Anderson as my psychiatrist. When my Excellent psychiatrist of 10 years had to move out of state I went on a mission to find someone who was knowledgeable and kind. I went to more than 10 psychiatrists looking for someone who clicked with me. I have a complicated medical history and I’m on over 30 medications. It took me 5 months looking for someone who was taking new patients within less than a month out. He goes above and beyond most psychiatrists. He truly listens to your thoughts, concerns and questions. He spends his time making sure you understand and are comfortable with any decisions that are made for your treatment. Others have mentioned frustration with wait time, but that’s because he is with a patient taking the time to meet their needs. That means he will take his time with you as well. He genuinely cares about you and is accurate with his diagnosis and appropriate medications. He’s also a neurologist, which is so beneficial in treating you. A++!

I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for many years. He is always very understanding and patient. One thing about Dr. Anderson, when you are in his office for an appointment, he will not rush you. I know waiting may annoy some patients, I have always looked at it as; I don't mind waiting because I know he truly cares and will take the time needed to help. I've never felt uncomfortable with Dr. Anderson and it is nice to have a doctor that I feel truly cares about his patients well being.

After waiting for 1.5 hours past my appointment, Dr. Anderson proceeded to scold me as if I was a child about not getting a counselor to help with my severe anxiety. Very unprofessional at the bedside. Knowledgeable, but not compassionate at all.
