Dr. Cynthia Skelly, MD

My experience with Dr. Skelly was very much out the ordinary. It was heart wrenching and I was by far very unsatisfied. Today January 22, 2020 was my grandsons first visit with her and she was very much unprofessional. First of all she didn’t introduce herself to me nor my grandsons who is very unfamiliar to who she is, I had to ask her who she was afterwards. She didn’t make my grandkids feel comfortable she basically came in the room not introducing herself and preformed her duties as far as checking their ear nose and mouth and stomachs. She ain’t ask no questions nor did she make my grandsons feel comfortable. She proceeded to write out 3 prescriptions and told us to have a good day. I’m not pleased nor am I satisfied with the way she displayed her professionalism today. I called the office and spoke with the case manager and she simply told me with no regards to my grandkids or my feelings to find another Dr.
