Dr Sherman was (and is) excellent. I did not feel rushed through appt. Dr. Sherman listened well, asked pertinent questions, presented options, and gave me the information I needed. And she also had a sense of humor!

I respect Cynthia Sherman. I've been through hell and back with the Ridgeview Medical Center GI clinic. Never going back. MNGI is wonderful.

Dr. Sherman is a real gem! She is thoughtful, kind, and smart, and she is one of the few providers I have who I feel like actually listens to me and thinks carefully and thoroughly about what could be going on, causing issues, what possible solutions are, etc. She is extremely detailed and thorough and I feel like she treats me like an actual partner in my own medical care. It's so valuable - and sadly so rare - to have a provider truly listen without judgement or jumping to their own conclusions or working off their assumptions. I feel like Dr. Sherman is intellectually curious and truly wants to tailor her care to each patient's unique situation. I wish Dr. Sherman could be my medical provider for everything! :)

It was a very good experience. She asked lots of questions about my symptoms explained why needed this info. Explained what tests she needed and why. I was very impressed. Dr.or PA's I've seen before have not been this thorough.

I was supposed to fund out what 4 things I was found to be allergic to after my procedure. The fill-in doctor was supposed to have my results. She obviously did not. The doctor did not know what I was allergic to. She told me to stay away from foods that she usually recommends to her patients. I waited 4 months and do NOT know anything definite. I do not know my results
