She is a bully and if you aren't up to Her standards she will hold your meds over your head and refuse to fill them just like a bully. She does not care and is full of herself. Know it all and stuck up. Now I have to get my meds somewhere else and pay around 70 bucks when I was getting them for Free at My clinic under My insurance at the job I've worked tirelessly for for 8 years and Earned My benefits. Until this bully comes in trying to make people as "perfect" as she "is." Mercy needs to fire this bully

Dr. Poelker and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! I've been seeing her for a couple years and just had another stellar visit today. She takes her time to truly understand not only my symptoms, but also my desired treatment method (from conservative to aggressive) and gives me multiple options for managing my health.

Office is poorly trained and had me on hold for over several minutes as well as disconnected the call after I'd been waiting to simply pay a bill. Called again. No apologies and placed on hold again. Finally get through and am told to call a different office.

Horrible doctor who treats you with disdain and as if you haven't a brain cell in your head! Atrocious office staff that has zero listening skills and likes to become hostile and snarl at you when you ask them to do their jobs in its entirety! Very hard to get a well visit appointment and this doctor twice now has never fully addressed my issues and had me leaving the office scratching my head as to why. I am conservative in my medical care & wants to give you unnecessary testing to make more $.
