The staff and Dr.O have been wonderful, and are helping me resolve my many issue with my feet!

I had tailor’s bunion surgery with Dr. O. and am beyond happy with the results. She is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner, fast and on time appointments, and best of all, she did an amazing job with the surgery. Would recommend her 100% to anyone looking to have foot surgery.

I first visited Dr. Cynthia in early October 2019. My first impression was that she was very knowledgeable. We discussed options for orthotics and I signed an agreement for payment with a clear discussion on what part I would pay and what part my insurance would pay. I paid my part in full when I picked up the orthotics. The insurance paid the balance (maximum $500) as was written in the contract. Later I received an additional bill for more money. They had charged the insurance 4X the amount originally in the contract ($744). They also tried to charge me $90 ea for wrapping my feet after I paid my co-pay. When I tried to contact Dr. Cynthia directly, I was told by Jason her business manager that I couldn't talk to her. I don't trust this office anymore and won't be back. I'm writing this to warn others to beware.

Dr. O is a competent compassionate surgeon. Office staff is friendly and accomodating. Post op physical therapy in same building is knowledgeable and very convenient

Dr. Oberholtzer-Classen is busy with things other than her patients so you’ll likely be passed off to her PA. If you have something wrong that requires a doctor I suggest looking elsewhere.

Let me first say that the providers at this clinic are first rate. They are thorough and comprehensive in their approach to treatment. Their front desk and billing dept are unfortunately completely the opposite. They make excessive charges (charging for an ultrasound on each foot even though only treating one) and sell "non-returnable" medical devices for more than 15x the cost of them. (night splint on Amazon, $29, or here $425). I would love to continue seeing their doctors and physical therapists, but their front office policies have ended that. It's honestly a shame that such great providers have such an awful billing dept and front desk.

I consulted with another podiatrist and an orthpoedic surgeon before choosing to go with Dr. O. She did an excellent job. I healed easily tthe staff at the surgical center spoke very highly of Dr O as do her office staff by the way the office staff is also excellen and pleasant

I love Dr. O. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to see what is wrong and how she can help you.

This practice apparently strives for maximum billing with minimal patient communication. I received hundreds of dollars worth of xrays before even seeing the doctor and without discussion of why they were necessary - how could she know I needed xrays without seeing me first? I was given a $400 night splint that was totally unnecessary - I can achieve the same effect by stretching. I was billed for a $70 sock when I have a drawer full of socks at home! Don't trust this practice, it's all about $.

Dr O has been great...very thorough! She corrected my severe bunion on one foot and is going to correct the other foot soon (after a less successful surgery by another podiatrist). She has also seen my husband and kids for other foot issues and has been great with them as well!

What a positive, high energy doc! Dr. O is very professional and easy to communicate with. She offers options on treatment and explains the potential outcomes of each. Highly recommend her!

As a nurse, I work on my feet for 12-14 hours at a time. My entire body would feel exhausted after a shift, but my feet especially. Dr. Cindy fitted me for orthodics and recommended compression socks. The difference was night and day! My whole body feels better!
