I requested a dermatologist referral (third times a charm) I was hoping for someone close by. Nope, the referral was 23miles away with a 9 month waiting list!! Luckily they had another office in BA with only a 2 month wait. Later I learned there are two in Owasso. I am extremely busy all the time and don’t really have time to research everything. Just a FYI—it would be beneficial if her staff had me setup the next quarterly appointment before I leave. Instead I won’t even think about it until 6 months later.

I’ve been going to Dr Maloy for several years and she always excels at being caring and knowledgable and she really listens to you giving you all the time you need to discuss the issues you came in for.

I’ve had Dr. Maloy as my PCP for many years. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, talk about options for my medical needs, and find solutions to support changes that will improve my health.

She is such a good listener and cares about her patients. She knows right where to send you if you need a specialist for serious issues. She is focused on keeping you healthy and makes plans that includes prevention and testing

I chose to see Dr. Maloy when my original PCP retired and the other one left the practice. She is personable and patient and actually listens to me. She doesn't lecture me on my bad habits. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a PCP to give her a call.

I have always had good care. She listens and her dialogue with me has always been respectful and informative. Health issues have always been dealt with quickly.

Dr Maloy was my GP for years as I tried to give her every opportunity for her and her staff to improve.Each visit she didn’t miss an opportunity to tell me that I am morbidly obese while offering me nothing to address my weight and under active thyroid. Each after visit she wrote in the notes she had counseled me regarding diet while not saying anything.She assumed that I sit around eating chips, cookies, cakes and drinking sodas of which I don’t. I didn’t feel respected. I ask what is available to help me with my weight she’d respond nothing.I found the staff to be manipulative making appointments that I was not aware of and giving invalid excuses as to why an appointment had been scheduled without my knowledge.Once in the St John’s system forget about attempting to change primary care physicians within as it’s impossible so I totally had to leave the St John’s system as once a primary care physician is chosen unless they leave there is not a chance of changing.

Dr. Maloy was great! I really liked her and she was very professional and her nurse too! Overall great experiene! Great front desk receptionist too!

When I FINALLY got the appt I needed Dr. Maloy discussed my problems fluently and helped me to try to get an appt with another orthopedic surgeon if they ever call

Dr. Maloy takes time to listen and has compassion for your health and overall well-being. Am thankful for her insight and expertise. I have never felt like just another patient with her.

Dr Maloy remembered me from previous visits. She listened, explained, advised, and showed concern. I couldn’t expect more from a physician. I’m comfortable telling her about any problem, and she never acts like I’m wasting her time. Also, she never says, “Well, you’re getting old. What did you expect?”

Failed to ask me what I do for a living (work as holistic nutritionist) let alone anything about my life. Tried telling me certain systems in my body had zero correlation at all when there is clear research that they do. Her nurse was more concerned for my health than she was. Was there to search for a new PCP for my parents- will not be returning for any future appointments.

Took all the time needed to answer any questions I had.
