Great doctor!
I am so glad to have this doctor. She is very professional and wise! I realize this after my third visit! So happy to have her as a primary doctor!

I’ve been to Dr. Lowe once. Very nice but the staff to assist you on the phone.. not welcoming, very short, not warming at all. I tried to schedule an appointment and didn’t even answer the second call back. Hope they have a better day because they made me feel as if I was the problem.

Worst doctor
Unfortunately I got stuck with this doctor for the last 4-5 years because no one else was available. As mentioned in other reviews, she might be in your room with you for a long time typing on her computer, after you have waited an hour and a half past your appointment time, while addressing maybe 1 out of 5 issues you have concerns about. Even then, she makes me feel like my feelings are stupid and not even possible. I have always felt that she hates me for whatever unknown reason and then afterwards I end up leaving my appointment feeling ashamed or like I'm hypochondriac, with no resolution to concerns I've waited all year to discuss with her. It's such a shame that we have such a shortage of primary care doctors around here because I would have never continued coming to her past the first visit if I had any other option and didnt need a routine annual visit per my insurance company.

Professional, thorough and caring
I am really pleased with Dr. Lowe and her medical care. She is efficient, very thorough, concerned but not overbearing. She is up to date with current medical info and encourages active participation in her patients.

I had went to Dr Lowe for a wellness visit. When asked about my family medical history, it brought up some concerns about sleep apnea that runs in my family. I was told we couldn't talk about that. I had to make another visit to discuss concerns about my health. She scheduled blood work about STDS when I asked her about irritation I had been having. Everything came back negative, except I now have over $1000 in medical bills because she refused to just listen to me and my concerns. I will be switching Dr's ASAP. Dr Lowe and her nurse were extremely rude and refused to listen to my concerns about my health. I was completely disregarded.

Was referred to Dr. Lowe when Dr. Groll not available. Diagnosis was impacted ear with wax buildup. Referred me to ENT said she couldn't remove it. Prescribed nose spray which gave me nose bleeds and a generic anti-histimine. ENT appointment was for 6 weeks. Got so bad went to emergency clinic and had it removed no problem. Finally saw ENT said nose spray should not have been prescribed and asked me for her name. It cost me two $30 co-pays and weeks of pain when she could have removed it.
