Definitely will not be returning
It was my first OBGYN appt because of some of the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life, i came in and the nurse that saw me first was so kind, made me feel like she cared and was very empathetic while i explained what had happened the night before (i explained that i had thought i had a UTI but those symptoms subsided and i had excruciating pain that felt nothing like period pain.) Once I saw Dr. Cynthia she never once tried to examine me, refer me to anyone, offer any sort of peace of mind, etc I got told to keep taking normal pain meds (i had told her i hate taking meds and was so desperate that night and nothing was working) and if it happened again to go to the emergency room. the only care she even offered me was an UTI test because i explained two days prior i was having the symptoms but believed it was more than a UTI because of the pain i was in. It was a horrible introduction to OB appts and i left just to cry in the car with my husband because i have no answers.
