Dr. Cynthia Kang Rotondo, MD

Every time I go. visit her She. always has a smile on her face. She gos above and beyond with her treatment. She make me feel so comfortable as her patient. The office staff is so friendly and caring. They care about their patients and the care they get.

I brought my just turned 6 year old son to her practice to see another physician there that we love to see. My son has severe eczema so we were there to try the new dupixent shot for kids. I hadn't told my son he was there to receive shots because what six year old likes to get shots. Well he ended up having to get two shots one in each leg for his first treatment. Well of course he screamed and cried and I had to hold him down and four of her staff came into help make this process go as smooth as possible. After the shots were given and I had him laughing again and trying to forget them Dr. Kang knocks on the door to let me know that my sons behavior was unacceptable and we were an inconvenience to her staff and the other patients that were there. He wasn't allowed to come into the practice anymore to get the shots and had to do them at home. I explained to her this was his first time and he was only 6. She didn't care at all. WORST BED SIDE MANNER I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Dr. Kang-Rotondo is an excellent doctor. I never have to wait. She is very thorough and always pleasant. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful dermatologist .

Many visits over many years - one of the kindest, most supportive doctors you could imagine.

Very efficient without cutting explanations short.

I have not given a chance to see Dr Rotondo!, the appointment taker asked me if I had insurance that was the first question, can anyone imagine how awful one feels when this is the only thing they care about. I can not go to this facility knowing that they may be treating my insurance as a money bank! :(
