Dr. Jansky has been my doctor as far back as I can remember. I want to say over 20 years before I went on a hiatus neglecting my own care. I would have to rate her a 10 out 10. I trust her completely. I felt that she was very personable and down to earth. She made you feel cared about because she listened and she was knowledgable in her recommendation, treatment, counsel, and referral process. I love Dr. Jansky. She’s one of the best! As far as getting an appointment it’s like a 3 month wait. Maybe it’s different for urgent appointments. I’m not sure.

Very rough and when I said she was hurting me she ignored me. Didn’t carry through her high risk expertise when needed. I do not recommend her.

Had incredibly poor experience with Dr. Jansky during the insertion of my IUD. I had never thought about how important bedside manner is until this experience. She did not listen to my comment about what I know about my anatomy (I have a cervix that curves in one direction), proceeded to try and insert it (I'm in tremendous pain during this, but I know pain is typical) and she is struggling to get it in. The issue is not that she was having issues inserting it, but how she handled those issues. She repeatedly said "this never happens" and that "I need to calm down", without giving me a second to actually collect myself. She was impatient and exasperated by me. She told me the more I tense up the more difficult it is to insert. It does not help to blame the patient and make their pain and response seem like an inconvenience. Then after an ultrasound to try to find out the issue she tries to INFORM ME about my curved cervix.

The doctor never called me by name, exam was within 5 minutes, walked out on me while she was still talking; instead of documenting my condition to have a medical record, she wrote on a sticky notes and NOTHING on the visit summary. Never called me or gave me an answer on my abnormal blood test result. I feel extremely rushed in my appointment, and most importantly, Dr. Jansky's behavior made me unable to trust her and not feeling secure at all to let her perform my prenatal care.

I love Dr. Jansky! I have been seeing her for over 14 years, she delivered my now 10 year old son. I was refered to Dr. J from my husband also a local doctor. She is THE DOCTOR’S DOCTOR. With that said I find it sad that many people don’t understand this is a political issue. THE DOCTOR HAS NO CONTROL OVER THIS IF SHE WANTS TO CONTINUE TO PRACTICE. I rated Dr. Js time with me a 4....because I know she does the best she can. Before the gvt. Stepped in she was never in a rush.

This was my first visit. My exam happened before I even finished my paperwork/medical history so obviously it wasn't looked at. The entire appointment from check in, undress, exam, out the door was 15 minutes. No chances for questions. I won't go back and won't recommend this doctor to anyone.

Absolutely NOT. My mother was her patient for over 20 years and when she turned 70 years of age and retired, was told by Dr. Cynthia Jansky, MD, "she didn't have a uterus, so she didn't need to see her anymore." My precious mother hasn't had a uterus in "MANY" years! She is in the business for the wrong reasons and I do not appreciate the way she did my precious mom. She just recently found out that she IS suppose to go in once a year for a well-woman visit.

Beware of this practice, they have serious problems. They drew blood on a pregnant woman, then said Oops, we don't have any lab orders to draw your blood, we have no tests to run so we will throw your blood away, sorry. Dr J ran some tests to diagnose a problem, but didnt call with results, then acted like her time was being wasted to discuss results. They don't record that you cancelled an appointment so that they fraudulently bill you for a no show charge.
