My foster baby spent 2 months in the NICU with breathing, swallowing and GI problems and had a lot of health issues requiring more attention. My 2 yo had serious abuse issues.. Cynthia always spent more than the allotted time to make sure she does a thorough job and that we both understand the plan of care. She trusts parents and what they see and what they are concerned about. Her bedside manner is amazing! She is so cute with kids! Best of all, her coordination of care is superb. Between herself and her MA nothing gets missed and if something does, they are on it in minutes to resolve the issue. I only wish I found her years ago!!!
