You deserve a better doctor who listens.
Dr. Frane seems professional up front. However, when a patient asks to be seen and lets the doctor know they think they might have a mental health issue, the answer from the doctor should NOT be, 'I've always known you've had 'xyz,' I just wanted you to figure it out, first.'On top of it, the doctor should also not talk to patients about medical conditions of relatives (whom the doctor also sees) by playing the game of asking if 'anything else is happening in your family.' That is a direct HIPAA violation!I have since left the clinic and found a doctor who listens to me and doesn't make me worry about them talking to my relatives about my health history.
