Staff ant the front desk are awful rude. The nurse
Doctor Cyntia is good. But the staff on the front desk are awful rude. The nurse it is the worse. She is very rude on the phone, she just wants to be really short and quick, doesn’t care at all about the patient. Horrible experience with the nurse 2 or 3 times.

The office staff is terrible. Donna refused to give me my test results when requested and was rude. Acted like she knew everything and I knew nothing. I was sent a survey after one of my interactions and suspect it was to counter a negative public review. Dr. English while nice and intelligent canceled on me more times than I saw her. Wait times were very long when I did see her. Scheduled me for induction starting at 4am. You are on her and her staffs schedule and they will gossip about you. Limited choices in Fort Worth for Obgyns. I would try another Dr at the practice if you have to have your baby in Fort Worth.

The 1 star is for the number of times we had to wait in an exam room for 45 minutes or more, or the last visit where we checked in 15 minutes early and still waited in our car for over an hour past our appointment time, before staff offered to reschedule or suggested to keep waiting--no apology for the wait, and the fact that we only saw our doctor, Dr. English, twice during the entire pregnancy. What this office needs to improve: If the doctor has an "emergency" (which happens very frequently there) and either cannot see her patients on-time or needs to have another provider fill in, there should be a courtesy call to the patient to inform them or give the option to reschedule. Would it be OK if a patient showed up 45 minutes to an hour late for the appointment? No.

Dr. English is an amazing doctor. She goes above and beyond expectations. She makes you feel comfortable. Asks about how your babies are doing. She is a very gentle and kind lady. I would COMPLETELY recommend her to anyone. Her office staff over the years has gotten better and more efficient. I have chose to overlook the front part so I can continue to see her.

So happy to have found Dr. English! Everyone from receptionist to her nurses were friendly and kind...I truly felt at home with her and staff. Dr English took the time to really talk to me one one one, she made my visit easy and provided solutions that were right for me.

Dr. English is wonderful but unfortunately the staff at her office is awful. Donna (one of the nurses) is a nightmare. She’s rude and doesn’t want to do her job. The office staff that work the desk and the phones are also terrible and rude (especially Cynthia) they don’t call patients back, they make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. They are more concerned with gossiping about patients than doing thier job. I don’t even bother calling them anymore because I know they won’t help me

I love Dr English, she is an amazing doctor. However, her staff is a nightmare. At my last appointment, my paperwork was coded wrong. I am now being charged lab fees. I have called them twice regarding this issue. Both times I was told the issue would be corrected. Well it hasn’t, I have now received a third notice from LabCorp. They have sent me to collections and are threatening to report this on my credit.

Sadly, I can't recommend Dr. English because her office and staff ruin the entire experience. The girls in the front are incredibly rude. The ultrasound tech is not only rude, she can't get a single good picture and then tries to blame your baby even though no other ultrasound tech has a hard time. And the wait time is insane (an hour plus just to have your name called). Dr. English is actually a good doctor but she should really consider switching practices.

Worst experience ever. I have been to over 12 doctors in my life and have had several poor experiences, but none as awful as this one. They did not run any tests on me to find the issue; they just tried to prescribe me more pills. Then, the pillls that were prescribed didn't ever get sent over to my pharmacy (2+ weeks and counting). My lab results also did not get sent over to my other doctor (still waiting). In addition, the girl at checkout is INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. Will not return

Office staff is terse and rude. They can take up to 15+ days to reply to an email. Dr. English didn't listen when I tried to inform her about my cycle and instead put me on a 28-day cycle and has informed me that I'm not ovulating. That may be the case, but she hasn't taken data based on my normal cycle, which isn't 28 days.

Dr. English has got to be the most caring Dr I have ever been to. She is so willing to go the extra mile to care for her patients. She came in early to do a procedure on a day that she wasn't even working. I can't express enough, the respect I have for this lady. I love to have a Dr that will come in and spend the time that is needed.
