I recently had corrective eyelid surgery by Dr Cynthia A Boxrud at the UCLA Stein Eye Center, due to a droopy eyelid which has been interfering with my vision over the last few years. First time in years both eyelids are now even and my vision has improved greatly. I want to thank Dr Boxrud for her warmth and comforting approach and relieving me of any anxiety.

I have no words to express my thanks to Dr Cynthia who performed surgery on my eye a month ago. I wasn't ready to get my eye operated until I met Dr Cynthia, simply because I didn't develop any confidence in any doctors prior to meeting Dr Cynthia. Meeting with Dr. Cynthia changed my pressumptions and I went through the procedure. Excellence has another synonym, "Dr. Cynthia Boxrud"! I wish and pray that Dr. Cynthia's glory reaches out to the several needy ones out there.

Dr. Boxrud came highly recommended to me in 2006, when I first visited LA. She's been taking care of my skin ever since, no matter where I'm living in the world. I love the new ResurFX M22 treatment, a laser treatment with incredible results. I highly recommend it! The treatment is given on the 7th floor in Dr.Boxrud's relaxing new Beauty Room, with sweeping Santa Monica views. Dr. Boxrud is brilliant and treats you as if you're the most important patient of the day. She's a true gem!

I am very grateful to Dr Boxrud for her talent and expertise. Recently she performed the procedure on me with great results. Treated me with utmost comfort and caring. Dr Boxrud's entire team is awesome, caring and friendly. My procedure was somewhat complicated and challenging however Dr Boxrud performed it with great ease and comfort and I am extremely happy . I have had two ResurFx (laser) facial treatments done by Dr. Cynthia Boxrud. My appearance has been improved greatly by these treatments. However, I received the benefit of improved appearance because I was in Dr. Boxrud’s care. Her work is subtle and insightful, and has supported and unobtrusively improved my appearance. I have known Dr. Boxrud since 2005; she is an admirable person and brilliant Doctor. Dr. Boxrud’s staff is welcoming and helpful, professional.

Dr. Boxrud was very gentle and did an excellent job following up with me through my healing process. I had a mole removed and it healed beautifully. Dr. Boxrud and her staff are very efficient and care for their patients. They want to make sure you feel comfortable in their office. Friendly staff and great doctor. Had a blocked tear duct and after a ghastly office visit with another ophthalmic surgeon chose Dr. Boxrud to perform a DCR procedure. She explained everything to me in a language I could understand. She is patient, kind and gentle. 100% success. The tiniest of scars. I had no pain or discomfort post-surgery. Sounds corny but it's the truth, she gave me back my quality of life and I highly recommend her. Her office staff are super too.

I was referred to Dr. Boxrud for dry eye and problems associated with dry eye. She was excellent in describing options available and very patient in explaining what procedure needed to be done. When she performed the procedure, she was very gentle and took me through it step-by-step. I was very pleased with her demeanor and expertise. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Boxrud to others. She is also highly respected by the office staff and the other doctors as well.
