Helped us via phone, text and online.. We weren't able to go to the facility. He and Joni were a great help and we appreciate their care and concern so much. Would definitely recommend him!

BEWARE - MEDICARE NON-PARTICIPATORY PROVIDER, does NOT accept MEDICARE ASSIGNMENT. Medicare only pays 95% (not 100%) of the Medicare Assignment (approved amount) and by law, up to 15% more can be billed on top ot that, which the patient will owe out of pocket. I was billed extra 15% for an Annual Wellness Visit that Medicare covers 100% at participatory providers who accept Medicare Assignment (do NOT bill anything additional). Before visit, I asked if Medicare Assignment was accepted and explained what that meant, and was told that is NOT Medicare Assignment, that they bill from Medicare's schedule, Medicare pays patient, then patient pays doctor. This led me to believe no additional amount would be billed. Should have been told up front that would happen. Thought billing m.o. unusual but just different way of doing things. Yeah, they accept Medicare, but don't qualify for full payment, then bill the patient extra for it. BEWARE! Know your terms! They don't! See Medicare.gov website.
