Fabulous doctor, great staff, immaculate office
Dr Takemoto has brains, experience and heart! He knows a lot about aging, integrative medicine and nutrition. His staff is excellent - professional and responsive and his office is immaculately clean.

The office staff is horrible. They are rude, dismissive, and don't follow up on any messages. The person in charge of prescriptions is especially bad. It took an ENTIRE day (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) for them to call in a prescription that I needed. I am a long-patient and the office staff is new every time I go--that's the main problem. They can't keep anyone long enough to be trained!

Dr. Takemoto-Gentile is great. Because he has treated a lot of seniors, he seems to have an intuitive sense of what might cause an illness. He listens. I like the fact that he has a scribe in the room as he talks to you. That way, he can also review our conversation instead of trying to talk, listen and write at the same time.

Dr. T-G is arrogant and disrespectful. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a doctor and have filed a formal complaint with my insurance company. He came into the appt. with a chip on his shoulder, acted accusing and confrontational, and even rolled his eyes at me twice! Finally, I insisted that he actually check my back since that was why we were meeting in person. Here his tune changed completely! Why couldn’t he have approached our appt. with an inquisitive, caring attitude?
