Gratifying Experience
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hagedorn for about 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Hagedorn always includes me when discussing his treatment plan and is always working to extend or get me off the injections. He and his staff are caring, welcoming and has my best interest in mind.

Colorado Retina Associates - Dr. Hagedorn
I have received care from Dr. Hagedorn and Colorado Retina Associates on and off for three years. I am both impressed and moved by his and their warm care, communication, and choreography among staff and providers every time I visit. Their support and dedication to treating my retinal condition has me excited to see them and catch up during each visit: There’s never dread. And, I have never felt like was a widget, i.e. “just another patient.” I so trust this practice with my eyesight and health!

I woke up and completely lost site in one eye. , they gave me an appointment within a short amount of time on a Saturday. The Dr. was able to determine what was causing the problem.

Great doctor. Horrible office for autistics.
He and my macular degeneration treatment are top notch, but I loathe the office next to St. Anthony's Hospital in Lakewood. I am a high functioning autistic. The lights are fluorescent and extremely bright and the office is very noisy. Noise cancelling earphones help for just an exam. When I have to get a shot (they definitely work), the mild discomfort plus the additional time required always send me into an horrific autistic meltdown which takes a couple of days to pull out of. If you are autistic, BE FOREWARNED! I only go back because of Dr. Hagedorn.

Dr Hagedorn and staff are the best
Dr Hagedorn handled a resent misunderstanding about my wait time very graciously and honestly even though it wasn't his fault. Thats what really impressed me. He's kind and caring even though he's very busy. His staff are all like as well. I would highly recommend.
