I love the doctor!! Her nurses are terrible!! They are mean and make the experience not as comforting! They make you feel like you are doing something wrong by expressing how you feel.

Me: "I've been in Wisconsin 14 years and I can tell you the doctors in Illinois are better than the ones I've seen in Wisconsin." Doctor Rieser's office: "Then you should probably see a Doctor in Illinois." A perfect opportunity to improve yourself but, no, you want to stay inferior. OH. And the prescription you gave me a hard time about refilling? Because "Dr Rieser is no longer your PCP"? That was BS. Doctor Rieser is STILL being paid to care for me THROUGH JUNE! Today is 6/17/21

Saw her in Racine. I was not feeling well; the doctor was professional bot her nurses are awful. One nurse seemed very angry at the world and was speaking very loud on the phone. I mean by too much for my ears. I can't handle that. Other nurse who roomed me seemed like Aurora threw her there from somewhere else and could care less.
