Could be the greatest Dr. Since sliced bread, but it is meaningless if their stupid front desk service does not answer the phone nor respond to voice mail messages. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and frustrating voice mail system.

Office staff personable and efficient; medical assistants professional enough although personal bias came through on more than one occasion. Because I liked the doctor I let it slide, until the doctor’s bias also came through. The office responds timely to calls but doesn’t always answer the question needing a reply thereby necessitating a follow up call. My biggest concern is personal bias. The doctor, and assistant, let personal bias be reflected in answers to questions and concerns. Simply give advice based on current medical status and if necessary express your opinion and state that it is your personal opinion. In this day and age I need a physician who can be more open to discussing options.

Dr. Bujold is fantastic! I loved interacting with her. The Heart Smart staff; not so much. If The Heart Smart Group has a practice manager they need to do their job. If not, they need to get one. The nursing staff is extremely lax.

My visits with Dr. Bujold are always conducted in a professional manner, yet leaving me with a feeling that she is genuinely concerned with my cardiac condition as well as me as a person. Without reservation, I would recommend her to any individual in need of a cardiologist.

Just met Dr Bujold for the first time and was impressed. The doctor took the time to examine me and read all information and ordered more testing. Listened to my concerns, explained things and answered all my questions. I felt in good hands.
