In another review, someone thought that Mondragon might be a better fit for someone who was thin and healthy. I am both… and still was left scratching my head at the end of every visit. I spent every appointment being talked AT. I now have a new lovely doctor. Don’t waste your time or sanity.

How dare you bother this MD with your petty concerns. She was my primary for several years but I finally got another and left. She doesn’t care and she is not a good doctor.

the worst
Why become a doctor if you don't want to help people? I feel that I am super low maintenance but she still saw me as a problem. How dare I go to my doctor for medical advice and take up her time. What was I thinking? I had a swollen knee, I probably hurt it while working out. The swelling was taking a long time to go down and so I thought I would make an appointment. She gave me no solutions and told me that I probably hurt my knee because I am fat. Then she educated me on how to make a doctor's appointment..... I am in my 40's, I think I know how to make an appointment. She is awful. Find another doctor.

Do not see Dr. Mondragon. She is arrogant, does not listen and does not care about human beings. She was very condescending. I got the message loud and clear that I was getting in the way of her day and she had no patience for me. Repeatedly when I tried to explain my symptoms, she interrupted me to tell me what I was experiencing. I left the appointment feeling bullied, denigrated, bad about myself and angry.

I saw Dr. Mondragon when my own PC wasn't available. I didn't know what to make of her as a physician. She was arrogant, snide, and supercilious. Like she didn't quite get that I didn't know what was up and why on earth would I have to seek medical advice for my ridiculous concerns? Really! She talked down to me as if she was trying to make me feel inferior to her (I did not). I ended our visit quite amazed that this doctor is able to corral anyone in her office for very long without them walking out. She came off as an Elitist who appears to inhabit a world of her own making, not inhabited by other, lesser, beings, i.e. patients such as myself.

I you are thin and healthy she is the Dr for you. On two visits I requested medical assistance to lose weight. She said that she did not have time to provide prescription management for an appetite suppressant. Two weeks later my husband sees her and she enrolls him in a program for weight loss at the clinic with a prescription. I have to go back, pay another visit, and request enrollment. Today I missed my 90 day goal by 5 pounds and I am out of the program! No support or caring
