There are not enough good things to say about each and every staff member I came into contact today for my outpatient procedure. Each staff member was kind and calming, as one nurse stated they like to think of their office as a family. I must say they made me feel apart of that family today!

I had the Blepharoplasty eye surgery one year ago. Uppers and lowers. She convinced me after questioning her 3 times that I did not need the lower done even though she was charging me. She adv that I only needed the fat pockets taken out and then laser to smooth. Immediately after the sx I could tell it wasn't the results I wanted. Each follow up she adv me to wait for the results. Finally, she understood and saw that I needed the lowers redone. She gave me a choice of either laser again or sx to tighten the skin. Since the laser didn't help the first time I chose sx again. I was surprised when she quoted me 20% off her full price. She didn't do it right the first time and wanted me to pay for it again. EVERYONE says my bags are worse then when I went in. The photos prove it. I will not refer her to anyone. I saved for a long time for this sx and I'm very disappointed. I'm still photo shopping the bags under my eyes. The uppers look fine.

Beware: She has a license to scams. If you don't want to give yourself more problem, please do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Because I saw great reviews on Her web site, I came to Her for the laser treatments to remove my hyperpigmentation. When my first visit, I had a lot of hope and confidence with friendly staffs and the promises. I paid for $1,500, and her commitment removed all the dark spots on both sides of my face. After four treatments, The spots getting Darker and looks? terrible
