Never felt worse after leaving a doctors office.
This doctor was very short and disregarded us. He asked why we came to see him and I explained that my daughter is having seizures. I explained her history and he acted as if he couldn't care less. I have my own business and never once would I disrespect or disregard my clients as this doctor did. He is dealing with patients with a wide spectrum of neurological issues. News Flash, if his innocent patients are anything like my daughter and I, they are scared and nervous and trying to navigate their way through which ever medical ailment they have been dealt. A doctor should not be allowed to practice with such demeaning mannerisms. I left this appointment in complete shock. Never met a doctor like this in my life. Please do better Duly.

Most arrogant uncaring person, let-alone doctor.
Hostile, arrogant, uninterested, just wanted to write a prescription. My husband is having cognitive and memory issues. Very disturbing for us. This guy assumes it's all anxiety and pushes pills. Already taking plenty of meds, want answers as to why the decline and how to address. His 3 minutes of discussion of results from a test he'd recommended, showed he hadn't even read the report. Tapped my husband's knee with the ol' rubber hammer and sent us on our way. Too much angst from him to properly describe in this review. Don't see him! The few positive reviews seem unlikely. He is just NOT a caring human being.

Worst experience with a doctor ever
My visit with Dr. Wlodarek was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare professional. He was generally rude and avoided eye contact for the majority of the visit. The whole visit felt more like a confrontation than a visit with a doctor looking to help. At the end of the visit, in an annoyed tone, he said 'I'm going to give you an MRI because you came in and now I'm legally obligated to.' When the power went out due to construction in the building, he went on a swearing rant about the 'semi competent morons'. There's no wonder that he has openings in his schedule but avoid him at all costs.

Do not see this doctor
He is not personable in the slightest. I think he looked at me maybe once and did not take any of my concerns seriously. I had to ask him to order an MRI and his response when it came back was “normal”. That’s it. He makes you feel like a burden for being there. I do not recommend seeing him at all.

Worst experience ever with any provider in my life
March 3rd, 2024. He was the most arrogant, condescending, uninterested, cold, rushing, dismissive, uninterested, completely clueless on my 78 year old grandmother's previous 2 TIAs that were visible on a previous scan; so that means he didn't even bother to look up her chart; which are the most important for ANY FOLLOWUP visits for her, as this is something of extreme importance, always, but especially since she's having surgery tomorrow. He couldn't care less. She had a major dizzy spell episode 4 days before this visit that lasted more than 30 minutes and took a good 3 hours for her to be able to walk after that. This has never happened to her before, so obviously this was a high alert concern. She was feeling better by the time of this appointment, but still struggling when getting up, looking up, down, left & right, like never before. I was so grateful she had this F-U visit with her neurologist. WELL HE WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SEE PATIENTS AT ALL!!!

Cold and judgemental
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He was arrogant and cold and immediately asked about an old dianosis of anxiety. He kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain my symptoms. He acted like he didn't believe me, and I literally felt like I was being interrogated. He kept asking why other doctors ordered treatments and tests I had done, and then blatantly stated that I had been mis-diagnosed by the doctors that referred me. When I stated that I had temporary relief from a recent steroid epidural, he stated that it was just a placebo effect. He did no exam except look at my eyes, pull on my arms, and poke my arms and legs with a pin. Since I had feeling in my limbs and my pupils were normal he told me that nerves were not causing my issues. I left the appointment in tears. He then put in my medical notes that I showed signs of somatoform influence (all in my head from anxiety) and recommended behavior therapy. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody.

Completely Dismissive
I would honestly give zero stars if that was an option. Didn't listen from the initial introduction and even though there was extensive history we tried to give him, he didn't listen at all and only heard 'migraine' and tried to throw drugs at it. Was rude and not caring at all.

Told me results were normal when they weren’t. Started texting someone during appointment and when I asked him to stop he said it wouldn’t be long and kept texting. Barely looked at me. Notes were filled with mistakes.

I think he may need a doctor
I've only come across 1 other doctor as abrasive as he is in over 40 yrs. It's interesting how he gets a few good reviews then horrible reviews. He certainly wanted to dig into my mental health diagnosis for which I wan't there nor was it any of his business, however, I think he's the one who needs the doctor more than I do! A thorough medical and psychological work up might discover something. I actually have empathy for him I mean so much education and work he's put in to being a physician and it will be a shame that he ruins his career because of his erratic & abrasive behavior. If he's just that difficult & abrasive naturally then I would recommend a career change.....maybe research.

I'll never find out if he's a good or bad doctor
I was met with such hostilty and beligerance from him towards me he doesn't have a clue what might or might not be wrong with me I had to spend the entire time justifying and defend my reasons for coming to see him. He was more concerned about the feelings & reputation of another neurologist, "good friend of his" at another medical group who I wan't returning to solely because that doctor is way too busy I couldn't even get in. Just one of the many flippant remarks was a snarky comment on how many tests I've had! I would say "not my fault doctors can't diagnose me" and also most of the tests he referred to were done during a hospital stay for a critical TBI as well as the follow up afterward. He could care less what kind of care or treatment I need. In all my years this has to be the worst doctor visit ever in my entire life.

Dr. Wlodarek is cocky and arrogant, I could handle this if he was a good Dr. despite his bedside manner but he is not. He is quick to prescribe medication.and to increase dosage with little thought. He is perpetually late with no regard or regrets. Better Dr's are out there folks, don't settle with your care provider

Worst doctor ever seen.
Horrible. This appointment was made due to difficulty moving, muscle weakness, and extreme pain and fatigue. He did not listen to me, did not look at my chart at all, left inaccurate information on the summary and chart afterwards, and suggested it was all in my head and I was lying. Bedside manner was terrible. DO NOT GO TO HIM. He will not help you and will push medications without looking at your chart at all. Please don’t waste your precious time, health, and energy on him.

Intelligent and Professional
I have received care from Dr. Wlodarek for over two years now. Following my initial visits and after running several diagnostic tests he immediately recommended an aggressive medication that possibly saved my life. During the very difficult conversation he had with me and my spouse explaining my diagnosis he reassured me that with proper medical treatment my quality of life would continue to thrive. Two years later it has! When I have difficulties in between visits he responds to my questions via mychart within a few hours, sometimes minutes. Other doctors tend to take a few days! In person, he is patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Be mindful that usually people do not take time to write reviews unless they are unhappy with something, Dr. Wlodarek has a lot of patients who continue to make the choice to trust him with their healthcare needs.

Went in to see him after my PCP highly recommended him. Was horrified. He was cold, rude, and insensitive to any concerns I had. He kept interrupting me and telling me I was making up symptoms and lying. Then, he told me I was experiencing different symptoms than what I said I was. He kept saying I had chronic neck pain when I said my shoulder hurt from an accident. He didn't even listen about my difficulties walking due to numbness. He then ordered testing for dizziness which I explicitly explained I was not experiencing. Then, looking at my visit notes afterwards, he had all kinds of things flagrantly incorrect that have negatively impacted my ability to seek treatment elsewhere.

I went to see this guy after I was experiencing severe neurological symptoms due to a known adverse reaction to a psych medicine. He right away said he didn’t believe me. Insisted it was in my head and offered another psych drug. I could barely walk and could not drive the symptoms were so bad. He refused to do any tests and escorted me out of his office with a big, cocky smile. Weeks later I was diagnosed with a irreversible neurological condition caused by the medication. Exactly as I claimed. His behavior was inexcusable.

Have dealt with Fibro and Aura Migraine for 15+ yrs. Since the intensity of migraine has increased substantially, my PCP felt good idea to update with new Neuro. This doctor was a complete egotistical bully who was short, unempathetic, and down right rude. As I was trying to briefly explain my history, he kept cutting me off, belittling my symptoms, questioning the severity, and treating me like a surgery-seeking idiot. If you are looking for a kind and caring doctor, this IS NOT the doctor for you. He may know his stuff, and be on the cutting edge of science, but he's very unlikable. I had brought my brain MRI to review with him (which had some concerning notations) and he stated that was all wrong and there was nothing remarkable with the scan. He just prescribed new medication and sent me on my way; rushing me out of the office. On his note, he noted that I was well-dressed and well-groomed, so I guess that I don't deserve attention. That's what I get for coming from work.
