Dr. Weil is fantastic. My family has been going to him for years and he has always been able to solve our medical problems whether hands, elbows or shoulders!

Lack of bedside manners. Two of his assistants has lack of bedside manners, rude and cold. The only ones that make you feel comfortable is Check In in and checking out.

Went to him for a 2nd opinion. Which my friend strongly recommended. I am so thankful she did. I had been seeing a different orthopedic surgeon before hand. All he wanted to do was give shots. Until, I told him one of my other physicians strongly advised me not to. Then he decided we may need to do surgery. At this point I had second thoughts about him treating me. After seeing Dr. Weil I found out there was more issues than had originally been diagnosed. So, yesterday Dr. Weil performed my surgery. I could not be more pleased. Very professional and knowledgeable. He has a great staff as well. Patty was absolutely amazing getting everything promptly scheduled in such a timely manner. Very helpful to answer any questions I had. Very thankful for this practice.

Top-notch doctor, nurses, x-ray, MRI technicians & office staff. So professional & thorough. Willing to spend time getting to know patients & listen to their concerns. Phenomenal office staff - especially Tammy - so knowledgeable about your insurance & willing to work with patients on scheduling. You can't do better than this.

Dr. Weil is a doctor that knows what he is doing. Don't come here if you are looking for a father figure, he is to the point, but gives excellent care. His staff is just great as well. I had shoulder surgery and was very nervous. It's been six months now and I'm getting to where I need to be. I'm very grateful for him and his team!

Dr. Weil previously performed surgery on me and have since had to return for other issues possible tendonitis. His staff are very impersonal and he doesn't seem to really care about your complaint and do not even touch patients. He pretty much just look at you and speak into his transcribing recorder. Do not feel he's there for the patient, only insurance company. Would not recommend.

There is no other doc ~ Dr. Weil is the one! I had chronic shoulder pain for so many years and after surgery ~ no pain and full range of motion. I have heard only great reviews over the last almost 28 years from many friends and clients with shoulder problems.

I don't recommend Dr. Weil. He spends very little time with his patients and is quite aggressive in his return to work protocols after surgery. Do yourself a favor a try somewhere else. Especially for shoulders.
