Dr Rubinstein always is kind and welcoming. I never heard him speak unkindly to any of his staff. He explains what treatment options there are. I am petrified of needles. He makes me feel at ease and I never feel pain with his injection. This time I had a steroid injection no pain, pressure or burning. I have been a patient for over 5 years!

I've been tended to at various times by Dr Rubenstein over the last nine years and he has also advised my son who is a high school athlete. He is very pleasant, clear and informative. He also administers injections into my knee - about once every 18 months - when he is always quick and accurate so the process is pretty much painless. Thank you, doctor.

A month ago I fell and hurt my Right Shoulder. I actually felt the ball pop out of the shoulder (and pop back in). I went to Rothmans Urgent Care in Newtown and had X-rays and was seen promptly by a PA who I thought was thorough. I was dx with a Rotator Cuff Strain and Labral Tear and told to start physical therapy which I been doing for the past month. I came into Rothman today to see Dr. Craig Rubinstein for a follow up appointment. I felt this 3 minute appointment was a total waste of time. I had a quick cursory arm exam and asked did I want a steroid injection or to continue PT. I opted for PT. The doctor was out the door as I was trying to ask questions. I am an older female that was very active before this injury. I wanted to know when I could resume some of my previous activities. All I got was “when it heals” as he was walking out the door. I received no explanation of what was wrong with my rotator cup or the usual timeline for healing. A very disappointing visit.

Doctor and staff are incredible. Their operation is so smooth and patients are their number one priority. Pleasant office setting and staff can’t do enough for you. They spoil you! Dr. Rubenstein is patient and very caring. A keeper!

I see Dr. Rubenstein for my knee injections. He is always friendly, professional and on time. I'm able to walk around the park now and enjoy the outdoors like I did when I was younger. Great doc! I have recommended him to friends and family with similar issues and they have been just as satisfied.

I was amazed how fast they got me in to see him. I always heard about the Rothman reputation...now I know why..I literally have had knee pain for 7 years...never treated it. I literally walk @10 miles a day for my job in an Amazon warehouse. Pain became unbearable in my knee...arthritis. I literally called Rothman in the morning and gad an appointment same day 2 hours later. Dr. Rubenstein very, very down-to- earth and knew what to do...injection under knee. 2 hours later...no pain.Dr. Rubenstein is like a master artist...great visit...thanks again.
