Dr. Lem is beyond wonderful. Great with the kids, attentive, informative; actually listens to your concerns and takes the time to go over everything. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed or brushed off. Highly recommend if you are looking for a pediatrician in the area.

Dr. Lem has been my daughters' pediatrician for the last 15yrs and with my youngest being 6yrs old I will continue with him for the next 14yrs. He doesn't give medicine unless necessary( something pretty rare in DRS nowadays). He never pressured me into getting any of the newer, nonmandatory vaccines that are constantly being introduced without, in my opinion, enough background usage information. I absolutely trust him and with my oldest daughter I went thru 4 Drs before I found Dr. Lem.
