*Dr. Kessler is a good doctor, but the office is run so poorly administratively, that it's an overall unpleasant and difficult experience every time. Also, on one occasions, it took 3 hours while I was sitting in the lab for them to receive the lab orders from his office. No one ever gave me the results.
