He’s been my Dr. for years and have never had an issue. His office is unprofessional and incompetent. I had my pharmacy contact him 10 days ago for a standard prescription refill. Went to pharmacy 2 days later and he never called in prescription. Pharmacy called again and no response.I called and left message to please refill. Back to pharmacy for 3rd time and told he never called it in. I went to his office today to complain. He would not see me. Sent out two different people. They asked me to leave. Got out of sick bed to get prescription and treated this way. Now looking for a new Dr.

Worst experience ever had with a doctor. And cant even get billing right. Have been told multiple times the billing manager “Melvin” would call me back and not once did i get a call back. Very rude and unprofessional. Clearly needs new help behind the scenes. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've had Dr. Gold as a PCP for a few years now and he is a fantastic doctor. My medications require that I visit him a few times a year just for follow ups and he's always been a pleasure to work with. In situations where I've had more pressing medical needs he has been very responsive. The front desk staff are a joy to to see and always make any wait time feel like it was too short. Even their phlebotomist is a hoot.

Horrible Dr. My Mom fell +cracked her chest bone 78yrs. Her NEW Dr. can't believe he sent her back to work. He even pulled me aside to say she's fine (like she was faking). Horrible man. Never read the report didn't know she was in the hospital didn't care. Pretty sure he billed her for insurance for stuff not done. Won't ever go this arrogant man again. He can yell at his staff in front of other people, not her anymore. He was always this way she has complained about him from day one.

I had a few what I thought were random symptoms and he was able to quickly diagnose that I have a rare genetic disease.

I would never recommend Dr. Gold. He is a cocky, insensitive doctor who does not listen to his patients and address their needs. This may be especially true of older women. I begged him for 18 or more months to order an MRI of my head because of balance issues and pressure to my head. He shugged it off to anxiety, depression, etc.--in the manner of doctors who don't listen. Finally, I got the MRI which turned out to be a brainstem tumor which required a 9 hour surgery. He is not trustworthy.
