Dr. Courtney Walters, MD

I do NOT recommend this doctor and her group. The office staff has been miserable to deal with. They have changed my appointment at least three times and when I called today (the day of my appointment) they told me it was cancelled even though no one called me to let know. I am almost 2 years behind on my pap and they now want me to wait until summer. I have already waited 4 months to be seen! I will never go to this office again. It's a dangerous situation when they refuse to see you for a way over-due pap smear, especially when I have abnormal paps in my history. I've only seen this doctor twice before and felt her bedside manner was cold and abrupt.

Totally ghosted by her. It's like we don't exist.

Dr. Walters delivered both my kids. She was amazing throughout the whole pregnancy and birth. And after!

Dr. Walters is absolutely fabulous!! She is incredibly personable which makes the uncomfortable aspects of an exam or questions, no big deal. She listens and addresses issues thoroughly. When I did have an emergency she squeezed me into her schedule that day and had surgery scheduled shortly after. I can not say enough good things about her and her staff! (I have always dreaded annual well check visits until I started seeing Dr. Walters. She is a joy to visit & provides excellent care!)

I've been going to this practice and both the Grapevine and Alliance locations since July of 2017 and have had nothing but kind and professional experiences every single time. I've received the utmost in care, empathy, and professionalism from the receptionist, to the nurses, to Dr. Walters. My phone calls have always been returned within 24 hours and in most cases, the same day, by the wonderful Nurse Wendy. I want a specialist who will get to know me and that has been my experience here.

It was my first time with Dr. Walters, and I really like her. It was so nice not having to spend 2+ hours at the dr. for my annual pap.
