I had an appointment with Dr Mizuhara that didn’t resolve my issue. She didn’t recommend additional sessions. She required $500 upfront payment and wouldn’t take credit card so I had to use Venmo before she would begin. Then when I asked for a receipt for my health insurance reimbursement she said she would email it to me. Well despite multiple email requests she never did send me my receipt. I think this is really wrong, feels “sketchy” for a professional. I wouldn’t recommend going to her, as her fees are exhorbitant and she doesn’t give a receipt, in my case at least.

INCOMPETENT OFFICE PERSONNEL. I HAVE TRIED ALL WEEK TO MAKE AN APPT AS A NEW PATIENT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEIR LUNCH IS 1-2 PM HOWEVER I CALLED AT 2:10 pm AND AFTER AND STILL RECEIVE THE SAME LUNCH DIGITAL GREETING.
