AMAZING DR
My husband had Septic Shock & Bacturimea in both hands. Original DR wanted to amputate both hands immediately. We saw DR Lebowitz for a 2nd opinion & he said he could save both hands & he did just that. It took 9 surgeries over 2 months but my husband has both hands. They only have 40% function but thats better than not having any hands. My husband has no insurance and DR has not charged us a single dime. His entire staff is phenomenal, very professional & always ready to help. What my husband has been through is difficult but with the help of a knowledgeable, competent, friendly, caring DR he has gotten the best outcome possible. I'm scheduled to have shoulder surgery in late September & I have no fears or worries because I know I have the best DR taking care of me.

Dismissed
The office staff were very friendly and respectful. I came in with wrist pain that has been ongoing for years. It impacts my daily life, and Dr. Lebowitz was dismissive of my pain because my x-rays showed nothing significant. I left that office feeling defeated and hopeless, still in pain. I will not be going back and I will seek an opinion and help elsewhere.

Fabulous doctor!
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Levowitz! I did not have to have hand surgery but everyone there was fantastic! He put my broken wrist in a cast and did everything he could am I am doing fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about him and his entire office!

Disappointed
DR Lebowitz will not do anything for me till he gets paperwork from Sacred Heart Hospital. The thing is he works with Sacred Heart and is on their computer system. Obviously he just does not care to look at my notes.

Dr. Brown grew up in Austin, studied Kinesiology at UT Austin, and received her medical training at UT Health San Antonio. She is passionate about the practice of medicine and loves the breadth of dermatology. She is excited to be returning to her hometown to meet and care for patients.
