Outstanding surgeon, great staff, and impressive clinical operation. Especially appreciated the way my appointment flowed end-to-end, the quality and quantity of information provided about my treatment, and the solicitous, friendly staff in every role.

Had an issue arise from the surgery and when I talked to him about it he immediately got very ill with me. I was trying to be as friendly as possible but apparently this man's attitude is just nasty if any kind of issue comes up

Great experience. Lucked into a cancellation and the procedure was explained quite thoroughly to us. The staff called in a timely manner to check on us after the procedure the next week.

I had a horrible surgical experience with him, able to recall every detail because I do not believe I was under the appropriate amount of sedation to not feel/recall surgery. He even yelled at me during surgery to stop crying, but I was shaking/crying because I was awake and in pain. When I confronted him about it at my follow up, asking why I was awake during surgery and had to have 3 IV’s in a 30 min surgery, he said sometimes IV’s blow and don’t provide the needed sedation. When I told him I could recall even him yelling at me, he responded with ‘ok’ and walked out. Instead of taking time to assess why my sedation wasn’t working during surgery, he just powered through, ripping 5 teeth out while I was aware and in pain.

Loved that the Consultation and Surgery Appointments could be scheduled the same day. This was very convienant with both our schedules and limited the amount of missed work.

Small situation with Pre Procedure antibiotics but Dr Caldemeyer took care of it quickly and called me himself - loved the personal touch.
