Bad Psychiatrist is an Understatement.
I was a child when I first saw her, nearly twenty years ago now, but the diagnoses she gave severely messed with my life. My teen years I was drugged on heavy medication used to sedate Alzheimer's patients in nursing homes. I dropped out of Highschool because I was so far behind from the zombification the medicine(Quetiapine) gave me. I was incorrectly diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder and Bipolar Depression when the proper diagnoses were Autism, Anxiety, and Depression. Crazy how incorrect you could be after spending less than twenty minutes with a patient, and judging solely based of the notes of a Nurse Practitioner. . .Please spare your kids the drugs and make sure they're not slapped with labels that haunt them for the rest of their lives.

There is no possible way to describe the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism Dr. Alexander displayed while I was under her care. The only thing more frustrating is that I remained under her care for 6 years and never sought out a second opinion. As a result was grossly over medicated with significant health issues as a result. Please if you are reading this avoid this provider. If you are under the care of this provider try telling her you wish to get a second opinion on your diagnosis; her response will demonstrate her unprofessionalism. Here is a minor example. She had me on a certain medication for years for sleep. Finally when I said the side affects were too severe she said “yeah I read a study ithas side effects especially on Asians”. I am of Asian decent. This provider absolutely should not be practicing period. If you choice to receive her services good luck

She didn't seem to care at all about what my son had to say. She simply ignored everything he said after I had told him to tell her what was going on. I wouldn't recommend her at all if you care about your child in any way.
