I was under the care of Dr. Romain the past two years during my cancer treatment at Mercy Health, Dr. Romain performed three surgeries toward my recovery. Dr. Romain consistently showed compassion and encouragement; he was thorough to explain the procedures and took time teaching me. I know Dr. Romain is a great doctor and surgeon.

I have been under the care of Dr. Romaine for two years and three surgeries. Dr. Romaine is so thorough and clearly presents the conditions, medical, and surgical procedures. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Romaine...his confidence and charisma. Dr. Romaine teaches me about my conditions using visuals. Follow up care is great.

Dr. Romaine listens to the patient. Dr. Romaine clearly explains path forward and even shows the patient Medical anatomyl images and CAT scans where relevant. Dr. Romaine pauses for questions.

I had to have emergency surgery due to a perforated bowel and I was so nervous and scared. I got to meet Dr. Romain prior to going under. Thank God he was the doctor on call that day. His presentation of character and his knowledge put me at total ease. Dr. Romain is the very best. He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, patient and displays a genuine attitude of caring. I feel so fortunate that Dr. Romain was my doctor and Mercy Health is very fortunate to have him on their staff. Dr. Romain and the entire team of doctors in this office along with the entire office staff was exceptional. The entire office staff is so polite and friendly, especially Jackie who is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and helped me doing my time of need. Dr. Romain is the very BEST. I thank Dr. Romain and the entire staff for all the excellent and wonderful care I received. Thank you, Carlotta G.
