Terrible experience
I went to see Dr Lin for my son's 18 months appointment, since my son's pediatrician was not available. Dr Lin was rude and unprofessional. The visit lasted no more than 5 minutes. She was unprepared about my son and She just read charts during the visit, without actually paying attention to my son, her patient. After 5 minutes and no attention She tried to force us to see a specialist. Since We wanted to talk with our pediatrician before taking any decisions, She became aggressive and rude. We reported what happened to our insurance company.

Terrible experience!!!
We went to see Dr Lin for our son's 18 months appointment. She was rude, unprofessional, aggressive and unprepared. During a 5 minutes visit, She didn't pay attention to the baby in front of her, but she just read charts. How a doctor can do just this in place of paying real attention to the patience in front of her? It was terrible. She also aggressively tried to force us to take the baby to see a specialist even if there were no reason (She would not have do that if she would have read our son file before the visit). The visit was super stressful for us and for the baby. The quality of Kaiser's doctor is becoming really concerning.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Lin. DO NOT SEE HER. Unless you want to leave with none of your questions answered. She literally was walking backward out the door while I was still trying to talk to her, the visit lasted less than 5 minutes. She also has a very awkward and uncomfortable bedside manner. Both of the issues I went to see her with, she was unhelpful and refused to test me for what I wanted to be tested for, and I'm After the weirdest 5-minute doctor visit of my life, I received a $300 dollar bill in the mail, that the office of patient experience determined was valid... Do not recommend.

Dr. Lin wasn't the most friendly doctor and after learning I had just lost 10lbs just told me to lose another 10lbs (I'm a very active individual with a normal BMI)...so gee thanks doc. She didn't really answer any of my questions and at the end of the yearly physical (which should have been 100% covered by insurance) I was left with a $200+ bill. After arguing it with the office they removed the extra charge, but 10 months later they billed me this same charge again (I have not been back to the office since the initial visit) ...so now I get to deal with this all over again. Don't waste your time with an unhelpful doctor and a billing fiasco.

My doctor was in vacation therefore I chose Dr. Lin . I must say unfortunately my experience was not pleasant at all. She answered my questions with a smirk and made me very uncomfortable. When I asked what are my obtains she gave me another smirk !! I left the office with all my questions regarding my issue u answered. I just basically paid a copay to get my blood pressure and my body temperature etc ...
