My experience at this place was the most draining event of the year for me. My 13 yr old son went in March to get ingrown toenails removed on both his big toes. However the podiatrist removed almost his whole nail leaving a small nail plate and when the nail started to grow back it started cutting the side walls of his big toe causing the flesh to get inflamed and swell leaving painful soft tissue exposed on his big toes. When finishing his procedure I asked the podiatrist does his sidewalls need to be impacted while guaze to prevent the side walls from lifting and swelling as I work along side a podiatrist and this is what she does, I was told by the podiatrist it would be ok cause it wasn't enough nail to cause this problem. Weeks later the the exact problem that I started happened and when i called to informed the podiatrist of the problem they refused to see him from April til July. My mom has been going to Dr. Wong for years. As my mom's mental health declines, Dr. Wong has been patient and caring and has been able to sort out all the foot problems. I truly appreciate her knowledge and bed-side manner. And Pat in the office is an absolute joy to work with!
