I’ve been seeing Dr. ball for almost 20 years from when I was young and she has always helped me, been very friendly and supportive. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Poor bedside manner and quick to diagnose and jump to a diagnosis without throughly listening to the patient. If you have severe health problems she will quickly dismiss you as a patien.

I've called Dr. Ball's office twice now trying to see if she would take self pay and see the employees of my dad's business, which is right down the street from her. I've spoken to the same receptionist on both occasions, and she is beyond rude. I called the other day and could barely get a word in without this woman blabbing as loud as possible over me. I'll spread the word though. Through my dad and the doctor my mom works for.

Dr. Ball is very easy to talk to and she is a good listener. I have been a patient of hers for @20 years and have always felt that she has provided me very good medical care and advice.
