We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Not the same as before. Used to be amazing. Also relies way too much on a PA who is NOT an MD but sees patients as much or more as the doctor (sometimes even if you were supposed to see the doctor). Bottom line: always get a 2nd and 3rd opinion on anything these people tell you (especially the PA), even when they give you purportedly good news.

Dr. Austin is the TOP breast cancer Oncologist in GA as far as Im concerned. She & her staff gave me optimism and I had full faith that I was receiving the BEST care I could hope for. With the encouragement and 24/7 availability by phone, I was able to push through the chemotherapy required by my diagnosis. I cant even say how many times Dr. Austin's nurse talked me off the ledge when I wanted to quit treatment. I lucked out when I chose Dr. Austin & Northside Hospital in Canton. Dont leave this vital decision to luck, though, CHOOSE Colleen Austin, MD and her amazingly kind, patient & knowledgeable staff. You will be in great hands!

An Excellent oncologist! My wife and I have nothing but high marks for Dr. Austin as we met her on what I believed to be my pregnant wife's deathbed. Dr. Austins education, demeanor, and overall treatment methodologies have given me the opportunity to have two years and counting with my my wife (w/stage 4 metastatic cancer) and my little boy. This is the kind of doctor that you want in your corner.

Dr. Austin and her staff were very informative and made sure I felt comfortable with each of my chemo treatments. I never felt rushed through my appointments with Dr. Austin. She was very pleasant at each visit and was interested in me, not just my cancer and treatments.

Dr. Austin has taken outstanding care of me since my breast care diagnosis. She is extremely knowledgeable yet caring, and takes the time to answer my questions and provide specific information based on research. She is dedicated and gifted -- one of the very best around. She treated my mom as well 12 years ago, and Mom is doing great. In addition, her Physician Assistants , Nurses, and entire staff are professional, organized, yet warm and friendly. Top-notch!

Dr. Austin was thorough and spent about 45 minutes with me when I had my initial appointment after transferring from another oncologist due to insurance changes. She addressed my concerns, but gave me hope for the future. I found her funny and positive.

I really should have paid more attention to the first review (which was the only review at the time), about Dr. Austin's deplorable bedside manner and attitude towards her patients. During my entire as her patient, I only saw Dr. Austin ONCE, and could never get an appointment with her after that. Not for a follow up after having my port placement, not after ASKING for some kind of follow up, nothing. When I DID finally speak with her, she was disgustingly irate. This is only half of the drama.

Very competent doctor, and polite and positive person. She always listens and responds to my complaints. I called the office when I had health problems and easily made an appt. with doctor Austin the same week. I completely trust her experience and knowledge.

Doctor Austin is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I was a basket case with my breast cancer and she calmed me down and explained what we were going to do. Made me feel much better.
