Cataract surgery
Dr. Scott explained everything I needed to know before, during and after my cataract surgery. It was so refreshing to have a Dr. who straight up told me the facts while listening to my personal needs before surgery. He has a great team along side of him as well.

Excellent Doctor
Dr Kirchgessner referred me to Dr Scott for secondary pupillary membrane, YAG treatment. I was seen in the Pekin office. After being worked up, Dr Scott came in and did an exam prior to the YAG. He determined that I indeed had the pupillary membrane in both eyes but also a macular wrinkle in my right eye. He explained what he would be doing in detail. The laser was quick and painless. I returned two weeks later for a follow up and he was just as thorough as he was originally. I am confident that if I have any further problems that he will be the doctor I will request. Grat customer service!!

He talks way too fast and obviously doesn't care if his patients understand what he is saying. When my elderly mother asked him a question he actually yelled at her and said he had already answered that question! If you go to this doctor prepared to be shuffled through like cattle. Even the hospital where my mother had her procedure, agreed that he just lines them up on surgery day. My mother's surgery was not successful and he covered himself by saying she has "difficult eyes ".
