I was told when I arrived for my appointment that I needed a referral, though my insurance tells me I don’t. The supervisor told me I was told that at the time I made the appointment which was not true. A bold faced lie.Then she told me that when they called to remind me of the appointment if I had called back, they would’ve told me I needed a referral. But they didn’t say anything on the message that I needed a referral only that I needed to call back if I had questions. When I spoke to the supervisor, instead of admitting that this was their mistake she was very rude. I did whisper to someone sitting in the office is this a reflection of the doctors attitude and he nodded yes. I left without seeing the doctor and based on his staff, I’m glad I left. There are so many ways that could’ve been handled politely.

He’s professional and has a gentle bedside manner. I highly recommend him for Your Podiatry needs

Dr. McKay is on time, very professional an excellent doctor, he listens to you and fully explains things to you in an easily understood manner.

Dr. McKay treated my Plantar Fasciitis and really listened to my symptoms and needs. He also looked over my son's walk and gate as he has low muscle tone and I had ongoing concerns. He was thorough and I could tell he really cared and knew what he was talking about. I'm recommending him to everyone.

Dr. McKay did a fantastic job with my plantar fasciitis. He really listens and cares and gave me a cream along with some exercises. He also looked over some of my child's leg issues to ensure he was walking properly. I'd recommend him to anyone, and love that he even speaks Spanish.
