I am pleased with Dr. Hales, but I am not please with his staff. His staff has held on to important documents required for my mother's care. We have been more then patient and honest in this process. It appears they are trying to question our integrity. They have failed to provide an acceptable explaination for their lack of action. I am sure if Dr. Hales is afforded the opportunity to view documents he would take action. Our family have been associated with theis office for over 50 years.

I was very pleased with the care and service I received at Dr. Hales' office. Dr. Hales did not rush me in and out, he took time to explain everything with me. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
