I was unfortunate in that my surgery was unsuccessful. After 2 years there is still scarring from eyelid stitches. The brow lift left one eye significantly wider than the other. Sutures never checked-two had torn leaving visible scars at hairline, which looks like that of a poorly fitted wig. He left a broken hard plastic suture in my eye despite me complaining that there was something in my eye - he claimed he had scratched my retina. He sewed a loose long hair in between my. skin and my scalp and indifferently just tugged it out the next day. Other issues, but these are the most significant. My friend had good results so I went in with confidence but regret my decision. He was derisive when I voiced concerns and while he apologized later for his behavior, nothing can fix my face now. I may have been an anomaly, but it could happen again. I take no pleasure in writing this review, but it is truthful and documented

After having my children, I lost my baby weight and wanted a tummy tuck. Dr. Bailey and his team provided all the answers I needed to feel comfortable with moving ahead. The procedure went seamlessly and now at 6 months post TT, my results exceed my expectations! I feel so confident and overall so thankful I entrusted Dr. Bailey!

I have wanted breast augmentation for 20 years. When I finally began researching surgeons, Dr. Bailey's name came up multiple times among acquaintances who have had the procedure done. Bad experience with unqualified physician.

I am so thankful to Dr. Bailey and his hardworking staff, for the kindness and diligence they have shown me during my Mommy Makeover. I had a breast augmentation, full tummy tuck, and liposuction. EXCEPTIONAL SURGEON AND STAFF!!! The past 15 years I’ve wrestled with the idea of wanting to enhance my look and how I felt in my skin by having a breast lift and augmentation. I’m in my mid 40s, three grown children and well it was time. Living in Texas, yes Texas I heard about Dr. Bailey and his staff in Osage Beach, MO from some friends. I decided to take a road trip and go for it. After meeting with Dr. Bailey, his staff of nurses, and my list of non negotiables, I was sure he was the surgeon for me. Dr. Bailey listened, heard my every request and walked me through it all. I paid and scheduled the surgery that day. A month later I was back in his office. Almost a year later I’m still in awe of the results!!! From start to finish Dr. Bailey and his team have been exceptional. I WILL always consult Dr. Bailey for any future cosmetic upgrade. His bedside manner, compassion, and love for his work is rare and refreshing. Thank you Dr. Bailey and staff for helping me love myself again!!!

BEST DOCTOR EVER!! I went for a second opinion with Dr. Bailey due to a serious shin injury. I was treating with Dr. Shatto at The Wound Center at Lake Regional Hospital but was not improving, so I went to Dr. Brick, a general surgeon who is affiliated with the hospital as well. First question I asked Dr. Brick was, "is this infected"? He looked & said, "NO"! Didn't request a culture and then he begins talking about my displeasure of Dr. Shatto & others at Lake Regional. I was taken back with his lack of interest in my injury. I was really sick & my weight dropped to 102 lbs and I'm 5'6". Dr. Bailey was truly compassionate and took one look at my wound and said it WAS infected. He said I needed to get to an ER to speed up my healing process. He also said I could lose my leg or die. I went back to STL where I went to St. Luke's ER. A culture was done & yes, I did have staph infection. I was given antibiotics and received the proper medical care. Thank you Dr. Bailey!!

I've used Dr. Bailey several times over the past 10 years for various bothersome leg vein problems & have always had wonderful results. His staff is unfailingly pleasant & helpful. Post surgical instructions are clear & easy to follow. The office in Sedalia is clean, well-staffed, and smoothly run. I have sent my husband as well as four friends and neighbors to Dr. Bailey over the years. They have all had good experiences. As with any medical office, there are occasional delays, but usually they are minimal. I believe most people will be well satisfied with the quality of care received at Bailey's Vein Clinics and have no reservations about recommending him & his staff.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are beyond wonderful! After interviewing other doctors for a cosmetic surgery and then discovering Dr. Bailey I knew right away, he was the one. I love my results! The amount of care the whole staff has is incredible and beyond average. I also suffer from a hormone deficiency and within 3 months of taking bioidenticial hormones, I feel amazing again! Not to mention, an infertility specialist I was working with for 2 years couldn’t come to a conclusion. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey and his staff! Once you meet them you’ll know why:)

Viting Dr.Bailey's office i had aching and restless legs. I suffered at nite, not knowing I had varicose veins under the skin. Dr Bailey & his staff are amazing. Their caring is genuine, they are always friendly but professional. Most importantly after a few treatment in my legs I experienced relief from my restless leg, the tingling & swelling in my legs. I would recommend Dr. Bailey at any location.

I had aching, burning, and restless leg syndrome. Since having vein surgery with Dr Bailey all of these have gone. The staff are also very sweet and knowledgeable.

I had my lips done and my "11's" treated. I was very happy. I got a natural look. Great staff. They were very experienced and there was no pain. Since I have had breast enlargement and couldn't be more happy. I have more confidence. Overall great experience. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are so amazing. I have begun Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. I cannot tell you how much better my quality of life is. I was getting an average of 2 hours of sleep per night. Sleep deprivation is very detrimental to you health. After beginning the treatment I had more sleep in one night than I had for more than a week. My energy had increased greatly as has clarity of mind. Everything was meticulously explained until my comfort zone was met. 10 stars!
