Dr. Daltilio seemed very nice and helpful BUT her staff is unprofessional, rude, and lacks simple problem solving skills. One of the nursing assistants laughed at my anxiety disorder when she saw it written down on the intake forms. The Dr has great potential but with the staff running the show I can’t see patients being happy or satisfied.

This Doctor is awesome. I had a bad foot ulcer and she took care of it. My experience with her was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend her.

Dr. D'altilio is wonderful. She takes great care to diagnose your problem and make it better. Gave me detailed printed material also. Her staff was very nice and welcoming. This was my third visit for 3 different problems. I highly recommend Dr. D'altilio!

While the qualifications for this Podiatrist are great and the website also alludes to quality care, the front desk staff is unprofessional and lacks common practice curtesy towards its patients. The way they communicate with patients lacks the professionalism and is outright rude - Definitely not the type of experience you would expect from a practice that markets the following on their website: friendly staff are committed to making your visit with us a pleasant one. Poor experience.

Dr. Colette D'Altilio graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2000. She completed a 3 year residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery and in Reconstruction Surgery of the Foot and Ankle. Here, she also had extensive surgical and clinical training in the treatment and diagnosis of difficult wounds.
