Not personable at all. No bedside manner. Seemed very stuck up.

No compassion
Very rude and degrading. I was polite though through the whole situation. He talked bad to the nurses about me to where I could hear them. I never asked for pain med or anything. Then he scolded me and sent me home with a pamphlet telling me how to take medicine and when to go to the ER. (No medicine was prescribed nor did I ask) I went in for a previous ailment that they diagnosed me with three nights ago because it was worse. I am a polite person and I was just treated terrible. I didn’t defend myself because he wouldn’t listen anyways. He has no people skills. Imperial health is awesome and always has been. He doesn’t represent the company well.

His billing practices are horrible. The company bills to incorrect address and insurance and then promptly turns you over for collections. We received a notification of collections two years after the ER visit even though we never received a bill.

My experience was horrible... very condescending and rude . I was asking questions and he rudely said “ let me finish!” Wasn’t a warm feeling at all and his bedside manner is ZERO. My father was a doctor who truely cared for his patients... this was absolutely ridiculous.

Zero bedside manner for a serious situation. Absolutely rude and talks to you as if you are an idiot. Would NEVER see him on an “at option” basis. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen.
