I am appalled at the service I've received here. I needed to see Dr. Weathers and found that he was working here after Sage Health Care still had him listed as working there. I made an appointment to see Dan which went fine, although we went back later than my appointment was scheduled, it wasn't that big of a deal. I had already been scheduled to see Dr. Weathers shortly after. The day before my appointment, I received a call to confirm I would be there. I said yes. The next day was my appointment and two hours beforehand, I got a call that said he couldn't see me and there was no openings until a week later! I was desperate to see him and had rescheduled work to make sure I could make this appointment. Obviously, my time isn't as important as his so I cancelled all future appointments because I was so distraught due to how important this was for me. I called back the same day to ask for my records so I could take them with me somewhere else but nobody will call me back!
