I was referred to Dr. Cody Gaupel through the VA Community Care and did not know what to expect. Everyone in the office was professional yet friendly and helpful. Dr. Gaupel immediately recognized the issue and provided on-the-spot, effective treatment. He kept me informed during the procedure and gave clear post-procedure treatment instructions. He had a courteous demeanor as did his staff.
